Working with Damian from RG Developments has be an absolute pleasure. He took on my project (a lintel replacement) at very short notice and did an excellent job. New drain to replace old clay one which was leaking and a new valley between two rooves.
Damian was easy to communicate with and came round promptly following my initial phone call. He was very thorough in looking at both issues and came up with appropriate solutions.
Work was started more quickly than expected and we were pleased with the workmen who came to do the jobs.

RG Developments did a great job removing chimney breast in kitchen.   From initial meeting with Damian through to completion communication was excellent - Damian was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. Damian and the team at RG Developments were outstanding on my home extension project.

I contacted Damian after having trouble with a different builder. He promptly visited my property to assess the situation and provided me with an excellent quote for remediation of prior works and to continue with the build.

From start to finish the team worked professionally, tidily, with great skill and attention to detail, and were respectful to me, my neighbours and any third-party they encountered at the property throughout the build. The team were also very reassuring due to their high level of knowledge of all aspects of building work. I asked many, many questions and the guys happily answered them and explained the process at every step along the way.

Something else which RG excels at is communication. Builders are not known for being the best communicators, but I have to say that Damian was superb. He regularly called me to advise what was happening and when and updated me along the way at each phase of the project. Equally, if not more impressive, was the fact that he ensured he always answered the phone whenever I called. This might seem trivial but trust me, it isn’t. This simple gesture made me feel like a valued customer which was very important to me and in stark contrast to my previous builder.

I can’t thank Damian and the team enough for their hard work and dedication to my project, where they often worked on weekends to ensure deadlines were adhered to and targets were achieved. Great commitment!

Having had some potential issues brought up by a Home Survey on a property I was purchasing, I contacted Damian at RG Developments to do an assessment for me.
After much frustration trying to get the Estate Agent organised, Damian was able to get in to assess the roof, establish if a wall was load bearing, check a flat roof, assess the mortar and pointing and check on a spot of mould.
This is my first house purchase, so I was pretty anxious. Damian was thorough, reassuring and awesome to deal with. I highly recommend the company and i will use them for any work I may need in the future.
