Outhouse Conversion - Our Brief
Our client came to us with a wish to turn his outhouse into a more habitable area for him to create a workout area. The roof had to be raised significantly in order for any workouts to take place in there at the time! He specifically wanted to maintain a storage area and enough room where he could set up his work bench. Two rooms were needed and with the space the decision was made to split the area into two rooms.
The End Result
A customer left satisfied with the new enjoyable space created at the back of their garden! Not to mention how much better it is to look at from the kitchen, with the grey K-rend and glass door. The raised roof with skylight made the area inside feel a lot bigger too. The insulation installed in the walls, roof and floor ensured a comfortable level of warmth is achievable all year round.
New Kitchen - Our Brief
Very limited space was available on this terraced property. There weren’t many options but to fill the space from the kitchen to the boundary. The client wanted a single story extension for an open plan kitchen.
The End Result
A fantastic new area was created for the resident family to enjoy! This really does go to show how much a difference that extra space can make!
REROOF - Our Brief
Our client called us with multiple leaks. The roof had old rosemary small tiles and it was clear a lot were broken. The underside of the roof was perished lime mortar so a replacement with breathable felt was necessary.
The End Result
The customer has been left with a dry and wonderful looking roof with regulation compliant breathable felt membrane, new timber battens, long lasting concrete tiles, a dry ridge system and new lead around the chimney stack.
Full Exterior Renovation
Our clients came to us to ask us to modernise the exterior of their home they wanted a modern and clean look and feel, that also provided their home with superior energy efficiency. Finally, they wanted additional character added to the home through a new porch and exterior lighting.
The End Result
Everyone was extremely satisfied with how this project turned out the was brought into modern times with stunning windows, doors, rendering and new roof. Then painted a beautiful off white colour.
A complete re-roof was undertaken adding significant value to the home. Along with a new tiled roof we also replaced and installed new facias, soffits and guttering with exterior lighting added to the soffit boards.
The home has now become much more energy efficient with the introduction of UPVC windows and a composite door.
Finally, a curved porch was built to give the home a unique character.

Flat Roof Installation
This client’s flat roof felt boards had completely deteriorated and were in urgent need of replacement. The client asked us to come out inspect their current roof then recommend some flat roofing alternatives that would fit within their budget.
The End Result
As the current roof was beyond repair, we recommended and brand-new flat roof, using our EPDM rubber roofing systems. Re-Roof & Repair
After a few failed repairs this roof was clearly outdated and in need of some care. The clients asked if we could solve this problem without them having to invest in an entirely new roof.
The End Result
RG Developments replaced the failing tiles with beautiful new slate tiles that perfectly mated their neighbours existing tiles. We carefully patched up this roof replacing only the tiles that needed replacing. After our expert installation this roof is sure to last much a much longer time going forward.
25 Room HMO
This was a large-scale commercial project with our clients wanting a 25 room HMO renovated, complete with ensuites bathrooms.
The End Result
This large undertaking was a joy tom complete with all the walls stripped back and plastered, windows fitted and beautiful ensuites installed. We managed to convert this large home into a building that can easily house 25 tenants. Using g structural steel we were able to sure up the walls and floors to ensure they could bear increased loads, further strengthening the structural integrity of the building.
